Just before the big February snowstorm, this sweet pittie was rescued from an abandoned house in Sand Springs, along with her litter of puppies, another dog, and a cat. Because caring people in the community stepped in, every one of them got a chance at safety.

For nearly six years, Momma Kitty has been part of the American Waste Control office. Once a feral cat we started feeding, she became our first rescue and a beloved fixture in and around the office.
